The search for a dynamic and passionate leader to oversee the next phase of FCAN’s work is underway.

Florida College Access Network’s next executive director will be responsible for the strategic direction of the organization, Florida’s first collaborative network of state and local leaders, educators and organizations committed to increasing postsecondary access and success for all Florida students.

The executive director will also serve as the steward of the FCAN brand to build the organization’s reputational capital and trust with a diverse array of stakeholders. This position leverages the power of relationships and networks to work across private, public, and corporate sectors around collaborative efforts to erase systemic equity barriers to postsecondary attainment and economic mobility, especially for Florida’s most vulnerable populations.

The ideal candidate possesses a high level of broad leadership and management skills and is effective at generating resources and financial support for the organization. Additionally, the executive director will work closely with the FCAN Advisory Council to craft and adapt strategies to increase impact and advance FCAN’s mission.
