Helios Education Foundation President and CEO has guided over $125 million in investments in Florida and Arizona targeting pre-K to postsecondary students
We are pleased to announce Helios Education Foundation President and CEO Paul Luna as the luncheon keynote speaker at the 2013 Florida College Access and Success Summit in Tampa on June 14, 2013. The lunchtime talk titled, “Sparking Community Collaboration—Educational Attainment & Economic Vitality” will address the importance and value of local cross-sector collaborations for improving student postsecondary readiness and success. This interactive luncheon is scheduled from 12:45pm to 2:30pm. The summit will bring together approximately 150 state and local leaders from all sectors around an agenda to improve postsecondary access and success.
Luna brings with him some 25 years of experience leading major education initiatives and working with Fortune 500 companies. As the head of the Helios Education Foundation, he has cultivated strategic partnerships across Florida and Arizona and currently serves on the Florida STEM Advisory Council and the Florida College Access Network Strategic Planning Taskforce.
The Florida College Access and Success Summit takes place on Friday, June 14 from 7:15am to 2:30pm at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel. It is open to leaders from all organizations, businesses, and individuals interested in helping Florida increase the number of its residents who hold high-quality degrees and credentials to 60% by the year 2025.
