FCAN is seeking a Program Director for Research and Policy who will be responsible for advancing evidence-based policy solutions to improve college and career readiness, access, and completion for Florida students, especially students traditionally underrepresented in higher education. This position holds primary responsibility for FCAN’s research and policy analysis and policy advocacy strategies, including grant budget creation for this work. The position will also support the Executive Director and assume oversight responsibility in the Executive Director’s absence.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of — and strong experience with — quantitative and qualitative research methods, managing and analyzing extensive data sets, and the development of research-informed public policy recommendations.
